Gene List significance at-a-glance

How it works ? The main windows is a 2D-matrix where each cell displays the number of publications which contain at the same time the main filter, the gene of specified in the current line, and the secondary filter specified in the current column. Clicking on a cell allows to display the latest publications related to the gene and the keywords.

For each filter, all the keywords specified are searched by default: e.g., specifying "breast cancer" imposes to have both words ("breast" and "cancer") in the publication. Alternative keywords can also be searched by using "|": e.g., "activate|activation" will search for the presence of "activation" or "activate" or both words.
